Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What ages do you serve?

We serve children ages 3–12. Programs are grouped by age to ensure appropriate learning and development.

What does a typical day look like?

A balanced mix of outdoor exploration, hands-on learning (gardening, nature activities), and indoor skill-building like math, reading, writing, and cooking.

What curriculum do you use?

Our curriculum is proprietary and aligned with Texas TEKS standards, ensuring children stay on track academically. We focus on a balanced approach that combines outdoor, nature-based learning with structured indoor academics like reading, writing, and math.

How is this different from traditional school?

Lower ratios (8:1), hands-on learning, and real-world skills. We follow academic standards but deliver them through experiential, nature-based education. We have a strong focus on developing social and emotional intelligence.

When can I tour the school?

We are opening a new location in McKinney and are currently collecting interest. Families on this list will get first access to tour dates as soon as they are released.

What programs do you offer?

The following programs will be offered:

Academic year: 2, 3, and 5-day-a-week programs, from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm.

After care daily until 6 PM.

Summer, spring, winter, and fall camps.
